When I am try to attach 4 MB zip file it does not attached even i given permission for zip file upto 5Mb please say how to solve this
Admin CP --> Tools & Maintenance --> Max Upload / POST Size
What does it say for that?

Well then it's because your max upload setting is not high enough. Ask your host if they can increase it to 4MB if you want to be able to upload 4MB attachments.
