i want new thread in my forum but this error show

title: 403 Forbidden

main page erroe:

You don't have permission to access /newthread.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

make sure that newthread.php is readable by your web server (frequently called nobody, web, or apache).

try it as 666 or 633 this should let it work, as 4 is only Read.
