hey guys got a weird thing happening, i go to post a reply and all of sudden page refreshes with in 1 minute or If I start a new thread page refreshes with in a minute or so ... any help would be apprectiated

Check your plugins for anything that might be causing this. A good place to start is always anything new that you have installed before a problem started.

yes thats what i thought, but yah it was caused by the last plugin that i had instaled last night, thanks for the quick responce!

What plugin was it btw? I won't install it if I know which it is.
