hello

i m not able to import theme through acp.

i tried to import blackandgrey final by tomdickandharry but i got the error msg like This theme has been written for another version of MyBB. Please check the "Ignore Version Compatibility" to ignore this error.

i m using mybb_1404 version

So, tick the box to ignore the version compatibility.....

ok sir thank you. i ticked it and worked now.

and how can i put that theme as default for all users

go to AdminCP > Templates & Styles > click the little box next to it. When you hover over it it should say "Make this default"

You may also need to click Options > and then force it on users to make sure they're all using it.

ok sir i seen 4 option in that box edit theme,delete theme,set as default,force on users.

so do i have to click on set as default and force on users?

Yep; setting it as default will make it the theme new users have and what guests see, and should update people's themes if they haven't changed it, and forcing it on users will make sure all currently registered users see it too.
