THAT IS FOR EXISTING THREADS, NOT NEW THREADS. READ IT AGAIN.
Its a quick method to move the thread, rather to wait for a Moderator,
I know that the actuall procedure is what RL said , But I think I post in duscussions forum and then report it to be moved,
