Hello I have ip banned someone on my forum but I'm afraid that this ip banning may also ban all the user from that country.. I need clarification on this.. pls...

Unless all users in that country use the same IP address, it shouldn't ban everyone.

If it's a static IP address then banning it will not ban anyone else but if it is a dynamic one there is a slight chance someone else will have that IP at some stage and as a result they too will be banned.

If you're worried about them registering again though I would do the IP ban.

Depends how you've done it, no? If you've done 86.153.*, then you'll wipe out the majority of BT customers in the UK...

I assumed that he'd banned the full IP address of the user.

Using wildcards as shown above will ban a larger range of users, but the entire IP address will in most cases only ban the one user.
