I do suggest you read in full your hosts TOS for clauses about unlimited resources.

I'm sorry to inform you but there is no such thing as unlimited HD space . Not to mention if they did formatting and defragging would suck.

Plus, I'm assuming your on some shared host for like $7-15 a month now that you say that. Which means you'll get kicked off the server for using to many resources before you get close to that. I'm also sure your host will tell you that you can't run an upload service using it. Also that since your on a shared server you can't guarantee the speeds as advertised.

What do you do about Warez? Do you or your host allow it?

and what type of file extensions you allowed to upload ??
.mp3 .wmv .wav etc ??
