how can i ip bann to a user so that a user who was banned,he cant register again and again.
i think when i bann any user,it is just a normal bann.
how to bann ip of that user?

ACP > Configuration > Banning. IPs are the first option selected. You can use a wildcard to block a range, like 123.456.789.***, but remember an IP ban can be evaded by using a proxy or something...

Actually, there is, but they could always use a proxy to make the site work. I am not sure how to do it, but Labrocca does it on Hack Forums. PM him and ask him how he does it.
I wasn't aware of that, but the people will end up finding a way.
