how i can disable approving posts and threads .i want to users apear without this option.

I don't understand what it is you want - normal users don't have the option to approve posts/threads...
i wanna Disabling approving posts and threads .. i want when users submit a post aur thread it will show automatically ..
In the ACP => Forums & Posts, edit the forum that you want to disable this on.
When you edit the forum, you will see Moderation Options. Untick the relevant options.

In the forum settings, there's a title called Moderation Options, untick the 4 options there... not sure how you can miss it really...

It's under Additional Forum Options.
Untick all of the options.
Yes, so untick the settings that make posts require moderation in the settings for the forum....

Yes, moderate new posts
Yes, moderate new threads
Yes, moderate new attachments
Yes, moderate posts after they've been edited
