Hello, I just wanted to ask a quick question. If I add new column to the user table will I be causing any problems with the MyBB code?
Nope, new columns are added with quite a lot of plugins, should be fine
Personally I prefer keeping custom additions in separate tables. There can't be any problems with MyBB when the original MyBB tables are not modified in any way.
