hey,

i want to make a random thought plugin, where a there would be a submit box on the bottom for users to enter their thoughts,

and they would randomly display in the header.

this is the code i want to use:

as i understand i cannot put php into the templates... so what should i do?

can someone please help me with this. it should not take long, and i am willing to finacially think you a little
