You can't delete threads in this forum anymore, the permission was removed to stop people deleting threads to make them again to bump them to the top of the forum, just as we were replying to the original one.
Anyways, what was the problem, and how did you sort it?? There's no point in editing out your post and saying it's sorted, you may as well just keep it so we can all learn from it and just say that it was solved...

Exactly. It is also annoying when you take someone seriously and spend some of your time thinking of how to solve his or her problem, and when you've eventually found a solution and ready to post it, you get an edited thread with a "never mind" note. What is more amazing is when a user finds a solution to a problem and just keeps the secret for him/herself!
