Okay, so this forum is using the same theme as me and probably has the same plugin as me, only I can't get mine to work! I have the newsbar plugin and it won't show up! I set all the admin permissions.

make sure {$newsbar} is in the template

Make sure {$newsbar} is in the header template or where ever you want, otherwise it won't show.
