I need a custom theme, willing to pay $ 10 - 15.

It would probably be useful if you provide a little bit more info about your site, maybe even a link. Some people are better at making gaming themes whereas others may be good at making professional themes which is why i think you should provide some more details. I might be interested but i won't have time for about another 2 weeks.

Send a PM to combus. He makes awesome custom themes and he charges $15.

Combus can do any style of theme. Give him a PM and tell him what you want.
