we had the forum installed in example.com/mybb/ and just today moved it to example.com/

now plugins aren't listed in the admin cp (there are plugins in the dir and it's perms are 755) and some of the settings are acting wonky . . . for example the setting Admin CP > Portal Settings > Show Welcome Box > "No" appears to have no effect while Admin CP > General > Homepage URL does appear to work.

basically it's acting as if there's a couple of entries somewhere that didn't get changed. Any ideas where i might check to fix?

well did u try to upload them again, and check them later in the plugin manager ?

yes. deleted, loaded plugin mgr. re-upped, loaded plugin mgr. blank.

ok, umm make sure of the directories then edit the file inc/settings.php and change $settings[bburl] into the subdomain url. If that's done, go to Admin CP > Settings > General Configurationand change the board url on that page too.

or

In Admin CP > Settings > General Configuration change the board URL, and cookie settings as urs.
