Hi I want to change my domain name and server.I have backup of all my data with me.I want to install my forum on new domain what changes will i need to do while installing my forum to open with new link and to make forum work correctly.And on clicking forum link and all i get to open my forum not when i click logo of my new forum it must not take me to my old domain link

Not totally sure what you're saying, do you just want to transfer your database to a new server and also change the domain??

Yes I want to change my domain name.what changed do i need to do
Once you're sure your new domain is propogated to your server and is pointing to your file root folder, you can change the board URL and cookie settings in the ACP and it should work OK.
