It's looking good so far, but too much silver for me.
Edit: The buttons don't really seem to match.

Yeah. Your theme doesn't really have a gradient, so just make the buttons without a gradient.

It looks bad. The rounded thead/tfoot looks completely out of place, there's no color and little contrast ...
I think you need to step back and work on your fundamentals.
Let's see, try rounding the top of the tborder using CSS3, that would make it look better (at least in any browser now IE..)
