I'm not sure if thats the best place to ask the question, because its for the style. Anyway my question is about the posting area, I tried to change the colors, but couldnt find wheres the place to change the color for this (where is the red arrow), I want it the same color as the buttons.

umm try this , it may work

go to Admin CP > codebuttons

Add this to the top of the code

<BODY bgColor=#006699>

In case u faced a problem with the background of the button, then add a color to its table

example

<td bgcolor="#006699"

</td>
