Is it possible to add help documents via a plugin?
I think you could, but I'm not sure how. Why can't you just add the document via the ACP?

Should be, they have their own table, you'd need to figure out the structure and what data to put in. hid is the ID of the document, sid is the section; you'll need to add a section to the helpsections table.
