Every year, the National Hurricane Center amoung others get together and have a shindig estimating how many hurricanes the ATL and E-PAC oceans will have. They also name the next storms.

I have a great idea! You can pay money to find a star (in space not hollywood) and name it what ever you want. Why not allow people to pay to name a hurricane, but I am sure the costs would have to be slightly high because of limited hurricanes.

Then we can use the money to help rebuild our economy Just a random thought and idea I had!

Why would you want to be the name of something that causes a lot of damage and ruins people's lives?

Just my thoughts I hope there is never a hurricane nick

I agree with Nick, naming a hurricane shouldn't be something you should take pride in, at least that's what I think.

lol, got to love the chasers. Shame they have been taken off air for two weeks I saw the segment they got taken of the air for and it was so over the top that it was obvious they were just joking, people are just complaining for the sake of complaining. Seriously, you watch the chasers because you want it to be controversial.

For those who are not Aussie or not fammilliar with the chaser google search "The Chasers War on Everything". Well worth a laugh.
