Hi there.

I'm looking to design a PHP template engine, would anyone know any good tutorials on this approach.

I know that things like SMARTY exist, but I want to build my own since i think that my host doesn't have SMARTY installed.

I wouldn't mind using someone else's template engine, I just need it to be explainable to me, and easily be able to use it.
