Hi, I love myBB and it is the best forum software I have ever used. But I have a few suggestions:

• Admins, moderators, staff ect should be able to see who left reputation on them.
  
• There should be rep power so people with more rep can have more of an effect on people depending on their rep points total.
  
• There should be a option in the Admin CP to change a users reputation (so if someone gives unfair rep they can change it)
  
• I think there should be a Mod CP
  
• I think admins should also be able to see who was a persons referrer (if they had one)
  
• Also the location of blocks on the portal should be able to be moved.
  
• I think there should say what the person is viewing currently in the person's profile(saying for example a certain thread, user cp, giving reputation, creating new thread, ect.
  
• Edit Reasons (optional) which will show up in the edited by part of a post.
  
• A way to have paid subscriptions and when you buy it through Paypal, Nochex, Worldpay ect. it would move you to a different user group (which would add special features to the payer's account).
  

I am thinking of more as I get more used to myBB so keep an eye out .

I like most of those ideas. However, I don't think that the Admin and Mods should be able to see who gave them reputation. In such a society, I think people who would otherwise vote negatively would not act out of fear of retaliation. Again, some people may vote positively just to brown nose.
