Hey,

I've been looking at adding some audio to a portion of my site, but it seems when I upload the file it disappears!

any suggestions?

What do you mean "adding some audio to a portion of my site"...?

In other words, a page or so. Not the whole site but that's not this issue, the issue is when I upload the audio file it disappears!

The question is too broad. Where are you uploading? What are you using to upload? Whats the format of audio file? What are you using to play the file for e.g flash player? Are you using some kind of CMS?

Your host doesn't allow steaming of audio. Thats most probably it. if not, try uploaded from Cpanel And a different FTP program.

I've tried both a .wav file .mp3 and used both the uploader from my host and filezilla...

Try Ogg. maybe host doesn't like audio.

hmmm dunno
