I have the setting for Custom Usertitle....and it's set at 40...and the editing of your profile works fine...
however if you wish to edit a profile through the AdminCP it limits the field to 15chars.....basically truncates everything after 15...this way you might accidentally destroy the Custom Usertitle of someone by simply editing their profile even if you don't touch that field....

Where can I fix this?

I checked the html for that in the admin cp and it says maxlength="" which probably means unlimited. I also set much longer usertitles through the acp than just 15 chars.
It must be somewhere in the admin cp's templates but I don't really know how to change them or if there's an easy way to do that.
