Well This has been bugging me for a day now and I want to know how to remove the new custom user title and to also remove the change username?
AdminCP > User and Groups > Select Group > Edit > and Untick the options for changing of Custom User Titles and also Untick the option for allowing to change username for that group,
You have to change these options from all user groups
