Hello,
My site is show an error message at the bottom

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2006 - MySQL server has gone away
Query:
UPDATE mybb_users SET lastvisit='1244848392', lastactive='1245267432' , lastip='119.30.36.82', longlastip='1998464082' WHERE uid='1'




MyBB version is 1.4.4.
Due to the problem, I'm afraid of upgrading to the latest version.

Pls help

U want to know server info?

You need to ask your host about that, they need to fix it.

I seen alot of this happen with 000webhost, that's why i asked but ya do what matt said.

I'm not on 000web or free web host.
I myself managing db.. however few day's back it was ok..

I've recently installed some plugins, I disabled some of them. The error is no more.
