Since I am allowed to have my theme modified for my own use, a little personalization is in order I think 
I would like to update my theme, since I am not skilled in this field I am hoping to hire someone who is.
Due to a bank issue >
I can pay you in 1-2 weeks from now, I would first like to see the theme(on a test forum if you prefer) before I pay.
The idea is that this theme be exclusive to my site therefor, you may not release the theme publicly.
I am hoping to reduce the copyright therefor I ask that minimum if no copyright be added to the footer other than what must as the theme is being re-done(this may affect price, we can talk).
Please drop me a PM if interested, I will then outline what I would like done.
