Well, Some of my Mods are really having trouble because they can Edit registered users posts and have no Mod Permissions. I checked in Users and Permissions but didn't see anything usefull. How do I make the Moderators be like the Sup Mods without permissions to some other forums.

You give power to Mods via the forum settings, ACP > Forums & Posts > **choose forum** > Options > Moderators.
