You can run XAMPP easily. I suggest you give that a shot.

Ya i got to be differnt i do not want to use apache i like using IIs
i have been trying to use some seo test free one's and my site seams to get between 65 and 80 % optamized but i still can not get any one to join
Well it could just be there's nothing on your site for people to come to.
that could be but no one in the 3 months it has been listed in google so i keep thinking its seo but it just might be the little content trying to use adult content to bring users but i guess it takes more than that some of the meta checkers keep saying images have no hight and with alt tag images like the calendar top link image i do not know how to fix this
You can have the best SEO in the world but without any content no one is going to stay on your site.
