Why would you possibly want to put "keywords" in a massive list at the bottom of your page? Come on, at least put them in a meta tag where search engines might actually look for them...

As said before, the logo is awful. Get a new one, and a new theme. I have the same theme, but decided to try and use another one.
My question is, do you plan to make money from this forum rather than create a community? Cause all I see ads, ads, ads!
I like the way the ads are embedded in the header, like forums.

You know, I didn't really look at the site, just the logo, but there's wayyyyy too many ads man . Come on seriously, one row is all that you need. And the keywords? That looks very unappealing. Fixing this stuff up and then doing what we recommended earlier would make this forum A LOT nicer and appealing.
