I want to add some icons for custom profile fields in user profile and I don't know how, I searched on forum and nothing find
can someone help me?

The snapshot you attached shows to me that you want to add Fields (OR say input boxes) in the area specified.
In that case,
Go to AdminCP > Themes and Styles > Template > YOUR Theme template > User Control Panel Templates > usercp > Edit > and just below the
{$latest_warnings}
add what ever you want by putting
<br/>
before it...
it worked only as icons do not appear exactly where I wanted it
i think I should edit the usercp_profile
but I don't know how to add that icons for custom fields.
I found {$customfields} but this it shows me all the custom fields
