Is there any plugin for this that define automatically a signature for a group

i mean if i have a user signature named admin and i want that every admin have that signature by defult also when a new user register they have also a by defult signaute or if a user will promote to a group then he will get that group dignature automatically

The closest for this is HERE But through this you can only make a default signature for every newly registered user.
