Has a plugin been made for mybb that rotate ads in the header or other location? So we can use ad networks or banners?

Does anyone know a site that can help with this? These are not randoms thoughts I would like to complete this project as mybbcentral is not accepting any jobs I need to find a site that has an area to hire people to make these mods.
