I have configured a new forum in which i am facing this problem, since i am new to mybb i am not being able to modify the correct .php file.

Please tell me what to be done so the user can get the activation emails as soon as possible. Today is the 5th day still waiting to recv the activation email.

Some emails are sent to spam or blocked by some email clients, if it hasn't come after 5 days, it isn't going to come now. Have you tried resending it?? Checked spam?? Is your host blocking you sending mails??
