I found a small bug when converting from a phpBB3 forum.
I've converted two different forums and found the same error.
In the last step there's a message like "cannot read attachments folder (/file), please chmod...."
I fixed it returning one step to the main menu and hitting the last "Run" button again.
Attachments are copied but the converter freezes here ("Please wait").
Simply hit "Next" and that's it.
