Time in MyBB is system time, I think it will not accurate for all member use my forum. You think?????
when I change time in my PC, time in Current time is changed too..

Time of MyBB is based off of server time. If your server is your PC then yes that is what its based off of, but if you are hosting the site online then its the server. Members can use timezone to get it looking right for them.
