ok so i deleted the inc directory by mistake...i re upload it...
and now my site is messed up...
how i fix this please!??

Open your ./inc/settings.php file and find that all the information within it is the same as that you have entered at the time of Installation.
Plus, If this is NOT same, then you have to reinstall the forum again.

Can you explain what "now my site is messed up" means? I conviently left my crystal ball at home today...
Did you reupload it from a backup you have or from the default MyBB download? Remember, plugin and language files are stored in this folder, so if you haven't uploaded from a backup then you'll be missing custom items.
From your rather vague first post, as Tomm said, not really sure on what's wrong, but you ma need to remake your config.php using this: [wiki]Inc/config.php[/wiki]
