Heya, um... it's my first time posting here. I've a request.

Could someone create a modification where there would be an option in the User Control Panel that allows the end-user tick the "Disable Smilies" option on or off and then have it affect the "Disable Smilies" post option whenever in quick reply mode or in posting mode? o:

Heya, really sorry to do this. Am I allowed to do that sort of thing here? Anywho, I was wondering if someone could do this. :o
