MyBB Community Forums

Hi, I'm new to forums and stuff. First of all I want to thank the development team for making such a great product!

I installed mybb a few days ago but accidentally put the forum url to "mybb". Now I wanna change it to "forum" but when I do I get a message that the page cannot be found. I tried renaming the folder on my ftp from "mybb" to "forum" and change the forum url on the ACP but I get the same type of message. Please help


www.mysite/mybb

the way i want it is:
www.mysite/forum

First change the URL and cookie path in the ACP, then rename the folder, and it should be fine.
