MyBB Community Forums

I'm just moving my forums to another server. Can I make a clean install of MyBB 1.0 final and then install the database which was used on MyBB PR2?

EDIT; I guess upgrade makes changes to db also? I don't know much about database stuff...

but what i prefer is to move your forum to that other server then upgrade it !! .

Your best bet is to first move your forums to the other server, then upgrade that copy on the new server. If you need any help on moving to the other server, please tell me.

I moved my PR2 forums and soon going to upgrade it to Final.

Oh, and MyBB v1.0 was great X-Mas present. :p
