is one available (vBulletin 3.5) or is there a Possibility to go like :
vBulletin -> IPB 2 -> MyBB ??
I don't think one exists at this point. You could either write it yourself if you know how to do that, or go vBulletin -> phpBB -> MyBB. A phpBB converter does exist and works well for most people.
Not for vBulletin 3.x only for vBulletin 2.x ..

The vBulletin - phpBB - myBB Way is Hell !
1. You loose the half of your PMs.
2. You loose all Memberspasswords.
3. You loose all Avatar and Smiliesettings.
4. All Subforums were moved to categories.
That can be only a Solution for small Boards without more than 100 Users.
If somone wants to Code a good real vBulletin -> myBB Converter he can contact me. I can help with the Database Structure and Filestructure.
And there is no (!) vBulletin 3.x Converter to phpBB !
Only vBulletin 2.x to phpBB !
