there are any script can i Copy LARGE FILES from site A to B ?
cz i can't generate FULL backup from cpanel cz my site more then 4 Gb and i should each time to ask my hosting to create a full backup

so i think its better to copy the latest Uploaded from site A to B

rsync

it will copy only what's changed and therefore save you a lot of bandwidth... I use it for backing up full root servers over the internet

it's a very popular copy tool in Linux/SSH environments, it's not that easy to use for a beginner though, and probably a bit slow if all you have is FTP

You could also use FlashFXP which allows ftp to ftp transfers .
