MyBB Community Forums

I just moved from my old hosting to a new one. The DNS has updated, and the forum works well. But, when I was in the old hosting, I put the forum Offline so the users can't change the database (add posts, send PMs...). Now on the new hosting, I'm trying to put it online. It updates the DB, but the forum remains offline. What can I do?

BTW:
Does anybody know how can I convert MyBB to vBulletin?

Make sure ./inc/settings.php is CHMOD'ed to 666.

We are not going to help you convert to vBulletin.
