heyy i found site he is opening from some days and he have very quick page rank 2 and its impossible !

i go to google and i search info:sitename.com
i found another site name not his own site
so thats mean the page rank fake !

how can i report this site to google ?

I don't understand. So he got a high page rank fast what's your point? He may have bought the domain from a once a popular site and started from scratch. Just because it looks different doesn't mean he cheated. Heck alexa has had the old picture of AL even though the default theme changed months ago Rolleyes.

You can't report them. Google doesn't care...

The fake PR is actually a biproduct of the pagerank system itself which Google could fix if they really wanted to.
