Is there any way to add something that lets people add custom html fields to there profile like a widget or something?

I have a virus, that works purely by html, and javascript. so if i say, "PRIZE FOR EVERYONE WHO VISITS MY PROFILE" and put it on, half your users have virus now. your site gets black listed aswell.
