Hello, I'd like to request a red and blue theme that will be the main theme for a forum based on the anime Outlaw Star. Take note of the base colours the anime (in other words avoid gradient or chrome) uses and particularly the uses of red and blue on the Outlaw Star itself. You will notice how it is generally red but has blue stripes.
I will create my own banners and other graphics such as forum icons so they are not needed as a part of the theme. If anyone can make this theme for me I'd be extremely grateful. I'd pay for this but I have absolutely no cash right now. I'd give you my word that I'd pop some into your PayPal account when I do have the money, but I wouldn't blame you for not believing that.
