hi my quickreply javascript is not working... if i post a message it's showing a blank screen but the message gets posted... but the javascript is not working...

Can you remove all that non-default javascript you have in your showthread template?? Wouldn't be surprised if that's conflicting in some way with the javascript that makes the quick reply work.
