i finally manage to install the forum on ms windows server 2003 but the forum don't load the images and the css (click here)

please help me!

Your board URL setting is wrong... I guess it needs to be http://81.88.63.10

it's not wrong... because i have to set some permission on iis and then the url can be 81.88.63.10

Well, yes, it is wrong. This problem happens when your board URL setting isn't right.

The Search toplink image is trying to load http://myforumfree.org/images/toplinks/search.gif but it goes to a 404... the javascript is trying to load http://myforumfree.org/jscripts/prototype.js?ver=1400 and it's going to a 404... these URLs are loaded using the board URL setting, it uses {$mybb->settings['bburl']} which is the setting for the board URL, so if they are going to a 404, your board URL setting is wrong.
