The welcomeblock is one of the main areas to access profile and just general information. I am stuck on designing it and have had a design block on this part of the forum for over a month. Since I personally have not been able to design this element, I want to know what you would like to add/change to the welcomeblock.

I didn't mean for specifically my theme. It's just a general user question to see how I can improve the welcomeblock.
