Wanted to know if I block port 25 incoming, would that cause any problems in the normal operation of myBB?

For example would I be able to send mails or the mails will be marked as spam?

Port 25 is used for both sending and receive for SMTP. So in less your using phpmail for sending mail or have changed the port that SMTP uses to send your board won't send emails.

Well I am using phpmail. So should I leave Incoming traffic on that port? Wont that be a security risk?

If you're not running an SMTP server that'd need port 25, you can block it in both directions.
